according to stereoinstaller your not going to find anything better then premiums unless you spend hundreds of doll hairs. I can attest that with a good headunit and 4 channel amp they factory premiums can sound pretty damn good.

+1. Castro swore I had a sub in my trunk, when I just have a great headunit and messed with settings that complimented the premium speakers very well.

Hmmm, maybe i should of thought of taking the factory fader off.

Take that out. wire everything to the back and install a 4ch amp. Check for blown speakers. Get a good head unit with a good internal eq.

Biggest issue with the stock set up is the wires. They run 3 wires for front/left. big pita and your head unit eq will never work proper. Anyways goodluck..
Im in the market for a head unit soon. Luckly the po wired up a 4ch amp in the rear but its currently running off my phone.. Phone sounds suck and eat the battery.

Seriously... I've gotten 4 tickets in the passed 3 months.. That license suspension material. Frankly, I didn't even do anything wrong cause all 4 tickets have sketchy reasons for handing them out (lot of traffic, hard to catch me on radar with bigger vehicles around, visual estimation is inaccurate)

I started rocking the e30 as my daily now cause my other DD was a 2000 eclipse. Cops see a black 2 door sports car driven by a young buck and instantly smell the fear in my blood like a fly is attracted to a big pile of crap. The DD was a 4 banger that I doubt even had more than 120 ponies left..
