so thinking about moving out of Cali. what states are good to look at? especially from a car modification stand point. don't wanna be screwed from inspections n'stuff. would like it to be cheaper living cost than California also.

Anyone interested in stock springs front and back. Top hats all the rubbers in excellent condition. Lower control arms and strut towers with stock perch shortened one inch with very good abs wheel bearings and dust covers. Not giving this out for free pm me if interested.
