so thinking about moving out of Cali. what states are good to look at? especially from a car modification stand point. don't wanna be screwed from inspections n'stuff. would like it to be cheaper living cost than California also.

quit trippin' about inspections. i've never been inspected once, unless you count smog....and i don't play that game. find a place you'd like to like and enjoy.
