That is the C104 connector. Part of its function is tach signal, not sure on the rest.

Fack. Ok. Well for now I just heat shrunk all the exposed wire up to the harness to try some damage control. For sure it roached through the whole wire but from what I can see didnt short on any wires just melted through the wire. Going to have to cut into the harness this week to see if it caused any damage.
