Never mind the turbo, look at dat filter.

      Lol

I had been a little down about not having "done" anything to the car in a while, then I realized that I put 1500 miles on it over the past two weeks and it's buttery smooth, I'm happy I maintain it.

Travis, I'm not sure if the cone is illegal but I know the maf won't pass. I'm hoping the stock air box will take their attention off of the maf kit.

Omar, lets detail the whip. I realized detailing feels great once done.
I'm really sad that I ran out of paint. My car is incomplete.

            Oh, about that...

I got distracted by the interior situation, but now that's looking okay, back to regular programming

Harry, im more than ready for detail, overdue for one actually.

I need a late model thermostat housing, like 2 hours ago. Went to yards and nothing, e30s are becoming scarce......

Serio. Yards are more and more dry every outing. Like Harry said, it's the age of the e36 and e34s at the yards

I found out from the black (aka goat fucker) that if you use a light sanding plus first spray with adheasive and then the black coat of paint., it manages to withstand the chipping a little longer. The same method worked great with the black rubber trim, looks like new.

Oh and make sure you use automotive grade paint.

ahh okay. well most places have no idea what they are looking at, and they are just looking for the obvious illegal modifications and cat and what not. i think you'd be okay though.

it always gets me thinking when hitting up the yard, how there are so many e30s coming in all the time and in such large quantities and yet, i can hardly spot them driving on a regular, daily basis. looks like quantity is running dry now.

i do miss going to the junk yard for parts. :(

get them while they last. many of these are already sold out and gone forever. craftsman won't be making their industrial/professional sockets in the USA anymore.
