But they don't have any decent sizes for wide 17s in e30 or e36 fitment. Only e39Your signature picture has been removed since it contained the Photobucket "upgrade your account" image.

how do i figure out what spring rate i need for my car? (e24 d03) my rates are currently 700lbs front and 750lbs rear. I'm looking to get a 4 inch spring for the rear but since they dont make anything that rate and size I might just try to trade my springs and soften the ride a bit while im at it.
(this might have been better as its own thread lol)Comment

get something you are comfortable with. is 700/750 too stiff? and doesn't gc sell any type of spring rate? you don't want to go too much softer with your ride height tbh.

Yeah, I want to soften up the leather and do all that rejuvenating B.S. So I should probably do it before I sew it up, so that I can stretch it while sewing it up so its tight.
Steaming also sounds like I good Idea if I didn't want to rejuvenate the leather. Which I will probably try first because Im super lazy. LOL

Good Morning Gents!
Make sure to put the conditioner on both sides of the leather. This was a trick that my upholstery teacher told me about for softening old leather. Put the juice on thick and let it soak in then do it again, and again, and again. I think that you may have issue getting it back to where it use to be but it is worth a try. On my back seat they removed one of the vertical sections and replaced it because they could not un-shrink the leather enough to close up the butt crack. But it is definitely worth a try.

I've never had any issues. The first set I did is still on use by e30nub up north. I even gave the rear seat the toddler test. I put it in my sons room And let him play with it for 3 days, no issues. Prep is everything, ideally you should spend more time on cleaning and prepping them than actually spraying. Also you want light coats with plenty of drying times on between.harry/harout
