Lol you can easily hotwire your car if that happens. Done it before. All you need is a screwdriver to turn that orange piece that connects on the left side of the steering rack.

Its called an ignition switch and it connects to your steering column, not rack.

Mine is thermo switched and its really annoying, it just randomly comes on when it doesnt seem like it needs to, and then doesnt turn on when it does need to

Buy them. Even Harbor Freight sells them.

Well that's lame. Maybe it the gauge sender?
I just don't know if I want to deal with how loud they are.

                        Eh.

Not all electric fans are loud. You can barely hear mine! It's a Spal but I don't remember which model number. I have it manually hooked to the AC button and rarely need it.

Or just buy a new clutch for $60 and don't stress it.

Don't forget that this Saturday is the BBQ at Oceanside Motorsports. Neil puts on a great BBQ and it a good place to see/meet some of the OG's like Mr 325.;)

Hmm. Yeah, it's just that I had the long term idea to go thermo switched electric and build a nice aluminum shroud, e30 m3 style.
I didn't want to be rushed though now that my fan is dying.

Lame. I'll just buy the clutch I guess.
