Well I only say only to remove and try one out, not drive with it permanently lol. It won't damage anything if you replace it just just to try it out. I have a couple spares if you need one.

Theres a similar relay right next to the fuel pump relay, for o2 sensors. Try swapping it. Also check fuse #11

I always grab a couple relays from the yard whenever Im there so I have a nice stash of spares

Swapped relays - still nada. Have yet to get my tools :(

Well, when you get sum, check for spark, fuel and if those check out, compression.
