if you would like to learn more about how to handle your car on the canyons, then please come talk to me as I can teach y'all how to handle your e30s. I have taught many people on how to race their cars in different race tracks using different cars and it is 'cuz I have had enough experience and driving hours at actual race tracks (Willow Springs International Raceway is one of them).


To be honest with you, the only person I am comfortable going fast on the canyons would be Rob as I have seen his lines and he actually knows how to heel-and-toe/rev match upon entering the turn and modulating the gas during and after the apex. There are other people that I am comfortable with, but may need a little bit more practice especially after seeing their lines.

Basically, turn early because the goal is less steering especially during the turns. Brake early and do not brake during the turn as that can cause you to under-steer. Make sure you got good tires if you decide to turn quicker than the suggested turning limit (mph), otherwise, follow the limit when turning into the apex and accelerate your way out of the apex. I hope these basic info helps.

hahahaha! the ABR event was special and you know that. like you said, tires do play a very big part with traction. i don't care how good your suspensions are, but if you got bad tires like me that day and bad camber, then you're fucked... lol

ok, ppl. since we are going to be a big list of e30s, we will be briefing ourselves about signs to watch out for. i'll let ya'll know what they are once we solidify them.

just a heads up, signs like if someone is slowing down or comes to a full stop, make sure the first guy behind the person who slows down turns on their hazard lights or something.

the use of your high beams twice is a signal that there are e30s left behind, so stop until we can form once again.


you know like those kinds of stuff, so no one is left behind.

I know I sucked. I never claimed to have any automotive skills as that was the first time I ever tried pushing any car. Don't forget she smoked you too. I'm not familiar with slow speed stuff. Low speed and aggressive driving on "cheap" tires will end up in disaster everytime. Which is a good reason for ancious newbs to stay out of the canyons. I don't think I need to remind you of the ABR event.

Hey guys, I had a damn good time last time and would not mind going along this time.

last time I was spoiled as I got to drive Angelas E30. This time I will have to drag along my crop duster 325e with shitty tires. Might convince me to get new ones just for the trip.

One thing, can we end the cruise some where that has FOOD!

Colin will probably want to come along and play in the M3, and I might drag along my new Senorita Priscilla. ;)
