        It was called a drive flange in the parts diagram, but I knew there was another word for it, thanks. Hub sounds better to say too. Average price is 108 new, but I'm poor right now & the vibration over 60ish in my car is annoying. Aparantly 5000ths of an inch out of true is all it takes.

          The problem may also be that your wheel bearing bad (which would make your wheel feel loose) and the hub presses onto the wheel bearing. I have not had a wheel hub fail unless it was broke off due to hitting something or stripping out the threads.

                I've seen it. When I bought my brothers car the rear right bearing was done. Had a shitload of play and it sounded like I was dragging metal.
