Its about the errors apparently there was a miscommunication. I ddnt say a 4cyl couldnt be lowered i just heard coilovers(not ur ground control pos) were harder to find for the 318 compared to a 325 due to some width issues of the strut tower being 45mm compared yo 51mm of the 6 cylinder. Whatever ive heard about the m42 has been on here.dont mean to bag on anyone but if ive read negative on them what am i to think? I had a honda that broke the 10 sec mark 1/4 mile on pump gas. Only the early 318's and 325's had the 48mm strut tubes. 86 and later you will be fine.
