my parents renter in sacramento was evicted yesterday, my dad checked out the house today since it's in our hands once again, the renter trashed the place, theres doors missing, broken cabinets, broken windows, holes in the wall, broken/missing screens, tiles broken, carpets and floors ruined. and on top of all of this the garage and ally next to our house is filled with an estimated 8-12 truckloads of trash and old furniture....





thanks to that waffleswaffleswaffleswafflesface i have a whole lot of work cut out for me, and my parents are financially unstable. all of this and my grandma in colorado isn't doing well, just great.

he was always late on payments and they were incomplete so my parents finally got sick of it so the last time he tried to short us his measly rent ($900/mo for a 3 br 2 bth with a garage and a pool) they told him to leave.

Renters like this are more common than you think! Hope first and last + security deposit was collected. So that can be used to fund some of the repairs.

from my knowledge his deposit was very small, my parents really cut him a break by renting to him and it came back to bite them in the ass, my mom always says if they try to go after him for any negligence theres nothing to gain. as she said to someone on the phone "a turnip doesn't bleed blood."

That is a pretty common story, and it comes with the territory. Just do work knowing its am investment for your future as well.

its really sad that people do other people wrong so often.
