Of course if its just a "wimmin hole" and does not need to be too presentable then my point is moot.

House is in a bad neighboorhood in Sac and you are jazzed up to move in there? Hmm? Why ? Do you like to move to areas that are higher in crime and surrounded by the dregs of humanity? Is it like a personal test to determine if you are able to withstand the effects of bad people doing bad things to you and your possessions/ belongings?

Next time instead of going with the sure thing renter and dropping the rent to be "nice" build the place up to look the part of something that will rent for a comperable rate to that of surrounding properties and then dont do anyone any favors! Have you parents be firm on collecting the rent and no breaks are given so that the next renter does not think that they are "soft" and exploitable.

That causes things to go from bad to worse!
Yeah the pool needs a couple thousand In repairs.

I wanna move there to take care of my parents investment and get out of napa.

The thing that sucks is my parents renovated he shit out of the house just a few years back. New flooring throughout the whole house (tile, wood, and carpet) and they upgraded the kitchens and bathrooms with all new appliances and fixtures.

    All to be ruined.

This week has been hectic for me.

I graduate this week, finishing up financial aid for college, accepted scholarships, and my e30 took a dookie.

So, I need your guys' expertise. The situation is that my car does not crank. I thought it was the alternator, so I pulled the battery from my grey car (which I started before I pulled and it cranked effortlessly) and put it in my black car to see if it drains. I went to start the car and it won't even crank. Just clicks. All dash lights turn on etc. If I jump the car, or hook up an addition charger/power supply the car will crank.

Does this sound like a starter motor to you guys? I have an extra, but don't want to do the job before I get some extra opinion.

Btw, the car has always had a very slow crank and has been iffy in climate changes, after sitting a little, or even if I shut off the car and try to start it back up.

I was thinking the same, but I put a good battery in the car and it won't crank.

I literally started up my grey car, removed the battery, put it in my black car and tried to start, but it only clicked. Thought maybe it died, so I put it back in the grey car, it started right up, put it back in the black car a second time and all it does is click when I turn the key.

Why would the battery only be able to start one car and not the other..?

It's probably the starter. When mine was acting the same way, one of the spade connectors to the starter was unplugged. Check all your connections, give your starter a few thumps, if that doesnt help then your starter is dead.

Ps I dropped off that starter at your house last night

your starter is on the way out as well, then. Sometimes they get stuck - put the car into gear and rock it, or grab an extension and hit the starter (around the solenoid area) a little bit.
