I want to run real tires though, not tiny ones. 225/45 16x8 is my dream setup, needs an offset around 20 for that. I can get my hand on some 225/50 (tad oversized) for cheap so I want to get those and run them.

Need to find a wheel to accommodate them first, which is the real struggle.

Tempted to buy some xxr's or some bbs rs replica...

I'm thinking of getting some 16x9 et 20. What tire size should I look at? I want some stretch but not way too much...

haha yep! i found some other 5x120 wheels with low pros so i tested the water with mine for a day or so, but decided that i liked them too much, so ordered new rubber for these.

also i remember you stated this view last week. i've heard some other guys who are pro-spacers, but my view is based on the versatility aspect.
anthony, as well as some other people i know, drive pretty hard on their adapters, and haven't had any problems as far as i know.

i think i will definitely be driving more conservatively with mine on, but that's also because i'm reinstalling my oem mudflaps and there will be much less fender gap now :)

now i need to find someone who wants to buy the old tires, which still have 50-60% tread on them left, since im hard pressed on garage space.

i can sympathize with your view. however, i think my tires are a decent size, and i'm going to be running these for most likely less than a year, until i can afford to refinish some wheels that are a secret from r3v

for those, i think i'd have to cash out and do a proper 5-lug swap.

I understand, but just wondering why? I feel like they look so much cooler! Even if your car is not low or nor flush, what ever you want to call it I just feel that it looks good/better. (Crazy stretch looks retarded tho)
