I've never measured the garage floor, but I don't think there are any huge cracks in it from settling, so that's a good sign.
Unfortunately level does not matter as much as flat for corner weighting. Flat is harder to measure, but if you have a bubble leveler we may just be able to measure a few spots and call it good if they are all level.
Are they comfortable? Do they hold you in while cornering etc? I like the regular comfort seats in my buddy's e36, I imagine the m3 seats are a lot better... What are your guys' thought of them in an e30? like fit/finish wise.

Yes, not really, and kind of. Some hate em, some love em, i think they're ok.

I like vaders, the are comfortable but they do not hold you in place, e30 sport seats are better at that, I few years ago vaders were all the rage for e30s, you can buy brackets for them. I wouldn't put them in my car but if i think they look nice
No worthy pictures of said car at the moment. Should have a nice update in a month or so. I'm in Huntington Beach, CA. The car is in Sacramento, CA. Engine is now in Long Beach, CA. I have more parts in Costa Mesa, CA and in San Diego, CA.
