Try some subframe risers. Camber doesn't help tire wear but toe really ruins it. Camber increases pretty linearly with suspension bump but toe goes up exponentially. If you can raise the subframe by a half inch it should cut your toe down considerably.
I'd recommend an adjustable subframe but mine kept slipping. YMMV
