Picked up an LSD pretty cheap on CL today. Anybody rebuilt one before with a 3 clutch kit? If so is there anything I should watch out for?

cheap enough to put new clutches in?? how much??

I paid $100; I was hoping to just get one at pick n pull, but when I saw this one I decided to go for it. Less waiting and less luck involved.
