1. E30 is fixed but went to go put coolant into reservoir

2. Coolant went in fine, but when we started the car to suck in the coolant, we start seeing white smoke coming off the exhaust in the engine bay

3. We wonder hat the heck it is, so we go over to look *insert coolantpuddle.jpg here*

4. We track down coolant leak for 20 minutes; pull the radiator, dizzy cap, hoses; everything I just spent all day yesterday and today replacing

5. Notice coolant isn't leaking from hoses or waterpump; notice coolant IS leaking from around the top of the block; bottom of the head 360 around the entire engine

7. How screwed am I?

we were talking about work/life balance- i'm sick of bouncing between "work my ass off" and "last startup failed, find another one". i want a 9-to-5, a normal life, and to finish my degree.

wouldn't mind learning how to make cool parts for old bimmers while i'm at it.

so, time to learn how to work presses and lathes.
