if your car is on, in neutral and clutch engaged. you will hear a chatter. that's the bearing. if you hear the noise with the clutch pedal pressed then it's the throwout bearing or the pressure plate (depending on the noise). if you hear the noise while driving (moving) then i would be more concerned that the UUC setup need maintenance or the trans is shot.

Yeah mine makes noise in all those scenario. Also it's hard to shift into every gear, but especially 1+2. I pretty sure my trans is fucked, I'm just waiting till I have all the parts to go ZF.
