My first experience as management (outside of the military) is not going well.
Guy I hired has shown up two days out of his first three weeks on doctor's orders because he's a fucking anxiety headcase. He's filed for short-term disability so I can't shitcan him.
We're in the middle of building the next school year's version of our product and I'm down a guy, so I have one tester passing me shit to analyze/fix.
Fucking California.
