What setting do you usually have your F/R Koni Yellows adjusted to? Was it all the way down or all the way up? Planning on running 500/700 springs rates on the GC setup I'm about to pull the trigger on soon

I would also like to know your logic for running the damper firmer in the rear than in front. There's less mass, and lower wheel rate back there...
