            That's just about the norm.. I waited an hour outside in the line with 90+ degree weather and then about an hour inside. At least inside I got to sit and wait in an air conditioned room, so I was content :)

                        Smog checkpoint was on senter and hellyer in SJ all morning. They packed up, but might have moved to another location. Be careful folks.
