            ok who wants the aluminum M52TU out of my Z3? 5spd ZF tranny included. let's have another "pull-the-engine" party, the last one was fun.

                                        the idea behind selling it as a rolling chassis to someone who wants a car without an engine is that that guy does something cool with it next. and honestly, about 70% of the money i spent on my car went into chassis/suspension/brakes.

                                        there are personal reasons as well. and i have my eye on something from a different german marque.

                                                I might have one in a few weeks. Although the engine was pushed back into the steering rack hard enough to make a hole in the oil pan.

                                                        Recently developed a pretty bad vibe on decel, I'm thinking it might be the input/layshaft bearings on the tranny. dunno if I wanna go to the trouble of repairing the tranny, anyone have a 5sp?
