I should have some extras lying around from taking the ones off the seats. I can toss them n for you; I do lnow for sure that I don't have all of them, as I broke a few when I was removing the shocks :-P
I should have like 4-5 crimps..

Btw, the recliners work 100%, the shocks your needing to replace are the seat position shocks (moves the seat vertically up and down). These seats are functionally perfect after you replace those shocks.. Very nice seats honestly. I wish I had a second e30 I can toss them in.. :-P

Meh, it's mad uncomfortable to crawl in the car and clean, but I somehow managed being 6'2". Taking out ALL the carpet is not very time effective imo

What kind of steam cleaner do you have? I got mine REALLY clean in a couple hours using hot water, diluted Meguiar's APC+, and a vacuum to suck it all out. I'd only take it all out to pressure wash it, it's a pain to do.
