anybody have any feedback on my debacle??
My driver's side front is beginning to howl/vibrate (I can distinctly feel it through the floor bloard)--much more noticeable at higher speeds; 60+.
When I let off the pedal, it makes sort of a 'vvvvvvvvvvv' and my steering wheel begins to shake a bit.
It's weird though, when I turn to the right, the sound goes away.
I wanna say it's the right wheel bearing, but when I jacked it up, there was only 1-2 mm of play (enough play to consider swapping out the bearing)?.

So I'm pretty pissed that someone welded a clamp on my exhaust (the clamp is obviously there so you don't have to weld it...) but my friend gave me some tips on cutting it off and I should have it done tomorrow. Had a busy day today and my dad and I have basically this weekend to replace a couple more bushings and then put his entire rear suspension together. The first car I ever rode in was an e30

Jeez pantless. Accidents are always the worst, you're lucky there was no damage.
I almost just got rear ended tonight myself, I was sitting at a red light and this negligent driver was coming in hot. I could tell he was looking at his phone or some shit, and wasn't prepared to stop at all. Looked both ways, then dropped the clutch through the intersection. And sure enough he ran through it too
Safely running red light > E30 totaled rear end.
Same here Josh...

woke up this morning at 5am for work at new job, got home at 11am,spent all day rearranging my room so that i could take apart my loft bed so i could deliver it to a woman in campbell who was going to buy it,
im finally leaving at about 4pm and i was on my way to in n out and out of town with the loft, im not barely a mile down the road from my house and traffic is weird, worst than normal. everything picks back up again and i look at my phone to punch in the ladys address and look back up just after clicking the app and i see brake lights getting close way to past(probably going 30mph)
slam on the breaks, lock up my dads old jimmy that weighs the better part of two tons, and im just like fuccccck not gonna make it.
hit her at probably 10mph i would guess.
folded the shit out of the aluminum bumper on the jimmy, she had a tow hitch that just seriously saved her ass ( and mine lol)
no damage to her tacoma.
so i gave her all my info she gave me some of hers, said she would not file anything with insurance before consulting with me first and only if there was any damage from the impact i made, i looked under the hitch and evertything looked absolutely solid.
the lady was more than nice, i got so lucky. she apologized for slowing down so quickly, i was a little dumbfounded, and i notices a ding on her bumper and i asked if it was from me, she declined and said it had been there, good to know there are still modest people in the world.
shitty situation itll probably cost me 150 bucks tho, no biggy.
rock auto has the jimmy bumper for 70.00, and with the little tiny lip and grill also partially damaged im sure it wont be more than 150.00 bucks out of my pocket, ill just have to fix her up myself.
shit man but lesson learned, no phone action at all while driving for me, too bad i had to learn the hard way.... i always make a point to not use my phone while driving also, which makes it hard to accept haha.

At the scene of the crime they say one things, then it sinks in and dollars fly through their minds. Just assholes. I got sued for $10,000 for soft tissue damage for a 6mph crash in a roundabout. Titan VS 335i
People are way too shady.
