PM Bernzpeed. Stock springs are usually super cheap, I've never seen them for $100+. To tell if your shocks are blown, push down rhythmically on the front or rear of the car a few times and let go. If it keeps bouncing then they're probably blown.

dude, dont waste your time and money on other crappy springs save up and get HR sport or race. and replace your shocks while you are at it.

should I put my M3 springs on my vert with stock shocks or
buy new bilstien sport shocks and H&R race springs take old ones off my M3 and put on vert and put new shit on my M3?

Also I always read about normal and vert spring shit but can't find a full proof answer on what is the differeance.

im sitting on koni's and HR sports(coupe) on my vert, it's a perfect ride. had HR race on them and it was just too low and caused the body to flex too much.

vert springs are the same rate and "i" springs but 1/2" taller. unless you have a real mtech2 vert then those are M3 springs.

Some of the dips on i5 really suck, and if it's not easy to see it, and you're going 90+....not a good combo.
