Oops, just texted Jeremy (MonkeyMadness). He builds b30s, not b35s

Still. That's even more incentive to get 300 at the crank off a m30

Sure, you can build an M30 to do 300 crank hp, but it's going to have a shit powerband if you do. The biggest number is not all that matters.

Do a more conservative, drivable build, or go S54 if you want a high-revving, expensive beehive of a motor.

I thought the M30 had around 230lbs of torque. It has 300? wow

It's stock, unknown mileage (200K+), not even chipped. The only thing it has going for it at this point is fresh rings, lol.

I'd be curious to throw it on a dyno, but don't have one easily available. We're putting it on track this Sunday though :D

Nate, how much HP do you think it puts out?

Haven't driven the new one, but I'd say what... 170-180 for a tired stock motor. The old one didn't even feel faster than my M50, that one was probably like 160ish.

I'm super jelly. I really miss track driving.

46? You mean 36? Front wheel bearing nuts are 36 IIRC.

Edit: oops, that's for a non-M. May be different for 5x120 hubs.
