Lmao I looked at it and said "I think i know a guy who knows that car's owner" which made perfect sense in my mind and my friend was like "ummmm k...."
The first car I ever rode in was an e30

Yeah, he hollered at me at a red light asking if I was on r3v, then exchanged usernames. Haha.

My buddies were amazed that someone just rolled their window down to have a car talk. I had to explain e30's to them. ;)

i love those kind of moments when you meet other BMW folk on the road or in a parking lot, and you can tell they are as eager/excited as you are.
                ahha.

                  "Listen Here Noob" moment
Had a couple of those with my dad. Gave a guy the thumbs up driving in the opposite lane and my dad was like "Huh"? I was just like "It's a subculture Pops!"

My dad caught on really quick. He was in an e30 before I could even drive (hence why I'm here). I'm working on getting a friend in Delaware to get out of his SRT-4 and into a 318is.

He pulled up in a Tacoma, so I was caught off guard at first. But then proceeded to get happy inside to know another e30 guy in town. It's seemed to be more important/occurring than making new friends at work.

I used carb and choke cleaner, scotch brite, and a small brass brush.
Worked pretty well, takes a lot of elbow grease. I'm going to go at it more and make it even prettier.

if i am interpreting what he is saying correctly i think he means the two tubes sticking out of the block that are used as guides for when the head is put on the block so everything is squared up.
