Planning on refreshing my motor next week, head gasket, studs and other seals. Would anybody be willing to make a parts list for a mild refresh so I don't forget anything?

 For a refresh I did
 
 Timing belt
 tensioner
 waterpump
 thermostat
 cam seal orings
 camshaft seal
 head bolts
 intake elbow
 intake gaskets
 throttle body gasket
 exhaust gasket
 valve cover
 timing cover upper/low
 rubber timing seal
 oil pan
 head gasket
 water pump gasket
 Heater return gasket
 cap
 rotor
 crankshaft f/r seal
 spark plugs
 exhaust flange
 
 This was no more than 300-$350.
 If I had more money I would do a bottom/top end rebuild cause the motor is apart and out, but i don't have enough.Comment

 I had a stage 2 (clutch masters) with a jb racing lightweight flywheel. i loved it, had a tune, intake, exhaust, and a 4.10lsd.
 
 but then stage 2 it kind of overkill for a NA IMO. I wanted to go with a turbo, thats why i had it, but it all was put on before i ever got a turbo or a full setup.
 
 id say the SACHS because i have no experience with f1 racing.

 I got my fenders rolled/pulled/fixed (front lips were kinda pulled out) and installed 15mm spacers in the rear as well as put the spring pads back on. Pretty good day :DThe first car I ever rode in was an e30

 What kind of prep work did you do? Side mouldings, grills, taillights, headlights, emblems, front trim?, rain gutter, side mirrors, door handles? ETC.
 
 Mine turned out amazing, I paid for the color sanding and door jams though so there's no runs. Well, one, but it's not as bad as yours. Did you choose to paint your chipgaurd at the bottom white? I told him to keep mine black...
 
 My only compaint from the shop was a little overspray in the engine area, which came off EASILY with a little paint thinner, and the arm that holds up the hood. It was painted white (like yours), so I took it off and painted it black. It also doesn't look like you took your front lip off?...Also I have that same fucking dent in my rear passenger apron, it blows.
 
 If you aren't happy with that run, talk to him and work something out. I noticed they missed a dent on my front drivers fender and he told me to bring it back asap, it was fixed perfectly a few days later and he was more than apologetic.
 
 Also, what's up with your fog lights? Is that just tape over them or what?
 
 And finally was this a color change? From what to what?
