4 bolts from diff to subframe
4 bolts of driveshaft
16 half-shaft bolts

Though four bolts for the transmission are a pain in the ass, not sure what those 24 bolts mean.

How hard is it to change a diff?

Kind of annoying but not terrible. Make sure that a) you keep it supported by a jack. Diffs are heavy as hell (like twice the weight of a g260, and you don't want one to fall on your finger...). And B) when you disconnect the drive shaft from the diff, use a screw driver to pry the diff away. If you don't, you'll pull the back end of the drive shaft off and strongly consider jumping off a bridge. Ask me how I know.
