found a post in some forum from 07 referencing "Jim" at tirerack ext 364. I call, they xfer me to him and BAM, 5 minutes later my order is done and my rings arrive tomorrow

Feel you on this. I dont have time anymore to do anything to my car. Nothing works. Had a deal lined up on an e46m3 but the guy wont take it to ryan for a PPI. Driving without a defroster IS FUCKED.
