Bernz, that's exactly how it was on joonsup's car. Crappy.
We had to shave down the bushings and then grind down the DSSR. Complete waste of time and money.

How does it feel though? I feel like there is going to be metal to metal contact (binding? grinding?) when shaving the bushing.

His feels normal. I forget if I shaved the bushing or just the DSSR, though.
I'm thinking just DSSR. Wanted to avoid metal-to-metal contact, IIRC.

nothing that will stop you from shifting. you'll be fine

Which CPS did you replace? Crank?
Intake side cam position sensor is the first thing that comes to mind.
