did it punch a hole through the shock tower or is it simply a rms failure? if its the latter then it is probably an installation error where you forgot to put the washer plate where the shock impacts when u bottom out. that plate distributes the force of the impact so it doesnt push the mount through

More like yanked the bolts through the body. They look like the TMS hd mounts or whatever(blue anodized). I haven't touched any suspension bits, the PO did all of it and I never bothered to check the stuff cause I got a ppi before I bought the car.

I feel like this is a dumb question but I need to replace the hose that goes from the radiator to the expansion tank, I don;t need to do a flush if I do that right?

No, ususally it doesn't even have coolant in it. Just replaced mine not too long ago

no u dont need to bleed when you change that. just do it when the engine is below 90F and have the engine higher than the rear of the car.
