lolz everyone tells me about praying the cop not showing up, but I've also heard that trial by written declaration has great chances of success.

Trial by written declaration has roughly a 30% win rate because the cop didn't write in. This can be skewed by certain departments requiring the officer to write in or get written up by the Sgt.

Most departments in CA pay their officers four hours mandatory overtime to show up for a court date. Unless the guy is on vacation or a really hot daytime date, he'll be there.

Just writing 'not guilty' on a trial by declaration has better odds than showing up for court only. Plus, you get a trial de novo (new trial in court) if you lose your TWD.

Nor Cal I have good news! My head was slightly warped around the last few cylinders. I had it resurfaced. It pressure tested fine and is okay to go back in.

I need to assemble the head all back in the next few days. Pay day is Friday so she should be running for the weekend at least Sunday if all goes well....

None yet, payday Friday so.... I use worldPac only! With my brothers shop info! I don't know what brands they have but I am sure its best around our area! Last time I did a tune I did all Bosch lol

And I remember there's some kind of better bolts I can get I remember reading about this hehehehh
