By overhaul I mean new:

-Timing chain
-Timing tensioner
-All timing rails/guides
-Steering rack, tie rod, links etc
-Control arms with all new bushings
-Water and vacuum hoses
-Water pump
-Thermostat
-Fan clutch
-Some new belts
-Also helicoil my valve cover threads
-Gaskets everywhere even oil dip stick where it was leaking
-And regular tune up.

New PS lines/reservoir
New E36 tie rods
New MT2 wheel

And it's still gonna be a piece of shit :p
