Yeah the B17 was cool. Sadly they had an engine fire back east and this was the result.






The good news was that everyone got out of it and from the sound of it, someone is going to rebuild it. (And you thought restoring an E30 was tough ;) ) Time will tell however.

I highly doubt there will be a B17 at Schelleville, but you never know. There will be one in the area next weekend (I think) it is owned by the same people who own the remains of "Liberty Belle" and is the plane used in the movie "Memphis Belle" I think they will be in Concord.

Free e30 is gone..not a big surprise. Fuck I wanted that though. Even worst case I could let you guys pull everything you want for a week or two and throw it at PNP for a couple hundred. If you guys see any more insane deals on parts cars post em up here. Anything that's a couple hundred bucks with at least 1k worth of parts is good to me.

Also Eric, earlier you mentioned that e30's shouldn't have the Evap system pressurized. Is this true, cause if so I may take my car to a different shop and try to smog it again. Soencer said the shop he went to in Napa didn't do it, but maybe he wasn't watching. Lol.

Anyone have experienced their e30's system beinf pressurized and tested that way?
