Burning some oil is fine, I expected that, but I surprised how much I burned in such a short time. Owning a nicely maintained m20, and selling and coming to this disaster, I just want to know of a nice budget m20 build that would match/beat my previous m20. Being down on power, plus all other factors included; I'm not really happy with the state my current engine is in. If I was just burning oil, fine, no biggie, but losing power daily and having horrible starts/dying on take off/idle, this m20 is soon n it's last legs
Just looking to get some more details on what exactly a 2.7i build is. There's so many options and so much information on it, that I'm getting lost in everything.
From what I gather, it's:
2.5i head/intake (head, valves, intake mani, etc)
2.7i bottom end (crank, pistons, etc)
Obviously, there's more to it than that, but I just want the basics before I go into what CPS I need, A/C stuff, etc.
This is all assumptions as I'm finding it hard to find definitive answers
