dude, call around. i my friends just had a 325i cat welded in for 250. and an 318i cat is way cheaper. like 200 tops.

m10 cat shouldnt be more than $200 for sure. I know a shop in the city that will weld one in cheaper than that. its not gonna last 20 years like the e30 factory cat, but it is CA legal and will pass smog now.

Haven't tried with alcohol but I know the cat In the car currently is no good I think it's gutted.

I wonder if I could have a legitimate shop install that legally.
