In between, I replaced it with a non-M Z3.
It's 3 turns lock to lock instead of 3.2 from regular e36, but it's progressive. meaning slower on center (was awesome highway cruiser) but past some degree amount (half turn IIRC) it gets faster than the z3 rack. It's a great rack if you're not looking for a scalpel (z3 rack) but want something relaxed in character but still fast. I didn't notice as big a change as I thought I would have, it's only within the first 200 degrees of rotation or thereabouts that the difference is noticeable....i.e. autox type chucking.
Track/autox beast? not the best. DD? pretty good for that.Comment
