Kronus is going to get pissed you're asking questions....

No. No I don't. What wheels are you fill and drilling? Can you not run adapters?

i would "need" to, because i would not be happy with the CR that results from just bolting the two together- but this discussion has become annoyingly academic. rob seems to want to mod his eta engine- not swap or build a new one, but modify the one he's got- that's the question i'm answering. as that engine is delivered, the cam is the big bottleneck that's semi-easy to address with some parts you can find at a P&P, a few bucks to a machine shop & some wrench time. that's all.

That will probably be my next step, I just wanted to try and keep it local first. The wheels I'm trying fill&drill are style 5's.

The 200 head itself is far too restrictive to bother swapping the cam and springs without extensive port work. installing a B25 cam and springs in to an Eta engine still won't get you to stock 2.5L power.
ya the 8.5:1 isnt that bad

matt, how did that port go on your 200 project?

It runs hot just driving straight and level. Wp and t-stat are new... Either my radiator is fulla crap or headgasket is on the way out.

                    try re-bleeding it.

Brian a guy here that i did a WP/TB for, had like 3lb of dirt in his radiator. i flushed it with a hose.
