it's been months, no one is selling one that can guarantee it will pass smog.
so i'm not taking my chances.

on a hindsight, my e30's cat and exhaust is for sale. passed 2 cars in smog. One in October and the other in January. Took it off April.

Just got my second parking citation. It's ridiculous. I have my permit in my window, easily visible. And my last citation even got appealed. So annoying. Its the same dumb campus cop.

I called the little police headquarters and they said I have to go appeal, and see if I can get a new sticker or something.

I mean, it may be upside down, but even through my reflection the card is easily visible. (Green one)

and marco. they dont hire bright people to look at sticker. you can try to fight it. they will give you some bs and you will still have to pay it. it's 100% but my 10 years of college tough me that everyone that works at colleges does so bc they cant get a job anywhere else. i think i got an avg of 4 tickets per year at west valley college. i tried to fight 2 and gave up

I got my money back from a university parking thing once

Used my phone to take a picture of the ticket still under my wiper right next to the permit and printed it out along with its exif data showing it had been taken 10 minutes after the ticket was given, had to take it in and they reimbursed me. Get as much concrete evidence as you can.
