"NorCal" is more Central Cali than anything else, but since there is nothing north of Sac, I think its just appropriate to call them what they want to be called, and thats Jefferson.

I agree. When you live in southern California, pretty much anything that's passed Tulare or King City is considered Northern California.

But seriously, Sacramento to the Oregon boarder has nothing. It should be considered far-northern California. FarNor-Cal, if I may.

you should as a person should allowed to determine, without hurting someone else, the three things above. if you cant be happy being alive, if you are drugged up and under watch, that's not liberty. you should be allowed to make your own decision about your life without others judging you. we dont have a problem with under-population. there is no need of society to force you to remain in a state of unhappiness and without the freedoms being your own person. we will all die. if you are 20 and dont want to life any more, what right does the government have to force you to live. in the same way if you are 92 and your heart is stopped and living on life support the government should force you to live in that state. i say liberty for all, no matter what age.
