Fair enoughI found it the difference of making a u-turn in my street vs a 3pt turn. that extra foot was more of a difference. lol. and it feels a bit twitchy on the freeway. the best i've had was the e36m rack, less bumper steer at intersections that have worn runts in the concrete and smoother on the freeway. however i did not like the feel at autoX. for me a linear rack is better for autoX.
when i change the rack in my blue car i may go for the e46 rack w/o PS.
I didn't notice much of a difference driving on my street, and I don't care enough to really notice any bother with the radius honestly; I never paid attention to it. I do however notice LOTS of tramlining, like you said, when I come to a stop at a stoplight with heavily grooved roads, so that's a thing. It's a "performance" rack, so its gonna have its quirks, and there are going to be tradeoffs for that performance
I was also contemplating the 330i rack (3.0 LtL), but I keep asking myself if its really worth the hassle and research time tracking down the absolute correct rack for that 17mm extra travel and .3 extra LtL? For me at least, no, no its not.
NGK ZGR5A Copper single point work great too. I switched to them after the Bosch and had good results.Comment

i got HC and NOx mixed up in my head.
my apologizes.
This is what you need to look at.
High HC means: Improper Ignition Timing
http://www.smogtips.com/failed-high-hydrocarbons-HC.cfm
spark plugs, cap/rotor, valve adjustment.
High CO means you are running rich.
Faulty Oxygen Sensor, bad AFM, crap tune.
http://www.smogtips.com/failed-high-...onoxide-co.cfm
High NO (NOX) means Lean Fuel Mixture
Air leaks, clogged injectors, bad AFM, crappy tune.
http://www.smogtips.com/failed-high-...rous-oxide.cfm
If everything is high then you have a blown CAT.Comment

You can balance out hc/ho with nox by adjusting the mixture. My last e30 was failing for high hc and I unhooked a vacuum line to lean it out and it passed.
You need a good cat to do that tho

Got a set of stocker tires for sale 195/60/14 F; 195/65/14 R
Treadwear 420 Blaze ThemHave a set of stocker e30 tires; they are mismatched but the "fronts" match and are pretty much brand new. "Rears" we're the two best tires that came off of my car when I got a new set of wheels; I figure I could keep them if I ever wanted to feel like blowing my tires one day, but I don't see myself staying 4-lug for much longer and these gotta go as a set
"Fronts" are 195/60/14 and have plenty of life; pretty much brand new. Still have that "new tire" smell, little feelers are mostly all there on the sidewalls. I'd be surprised if they had more than 1k miles on them.
Rears are 195/65/14 and beyond bald, like; slicks. Mismatched, but they are worn down so much it doesn't even matter lol
Good if you just want to mount them up and blow something

Need them all to go as a set; I think $50 local pick-up is more than fair. I pay more than that usually for just a 2 set of used tires with less than half the life left
