job's going well enough that i'm already kinda overloaded... we have another new hire coming on week after next, but at least i've helped them eliminate the backlog. but i'm happy here. it's really nice working at a big company and having a clearly defined role/lane, rather than having to be "that one guy in engineering who can fix anything; just go to him".

haven't touched the E30 lately; need to finish parting the Z3 to make room to work in the garage. but i've fleabay'd about half a grand worth of stuff from my parts stash, and have another two buyers for stuff coming on sunday. (still have those headlights stashed away for you.)
