Can I start updating, on what everyone will be bringing for contribution, as a group?

We def should make a list planned for ten people as to what well need,
then see what each person can bring so that we don't have unecessary things
doubled up.

That said I think realistically we should plan for 8-12 people, two-three tents max should cover our sleeping, an extra one to store the coolers with the food, because otherwise
raccoons WILL get our food, how to cook our food, and then just a list of food/drink
everything else comes down to personal belongings.

I say give it a couple more weeks for people to confirm, even to say the end of the month, then we can have a core group to plan for, gives us plenty of time for people to gather supplies etc.

Then we can adjust a little easier if one or two people want to join up
