alright guys. I updated the original post with the local hotels to the venue. Matt(MR 325) sent me a text saying he would like to stay near by. I thought this was a fantastic idea. So on the first post, I added pictures, directions and addresses for everyone to have.

I looked last night for the Marriott prices i saw 197 for a two bed room, but prices at hotels are never set in stone so you may be able to find a price cheaper

I've noticed that as well. What I have also noticed is internet prices are always higher. Another thing to note, hotels like to fill rooms. Because of that they usually give you a better deal if you dont have a reservation. Obviously the problem with that is you may not get a room. But this is a huge hotel on a September Saturday with no big events happening in the area. So your chances are great.

Other than Marriott, the motel 6 is a good option. Its way cheaper(about 1/4 the price) and its literally half a mile further from the venue.

I think staying the night in a hotel is a great idea for the out of towners and out of staters. It allows you guys to stay for as long as you please during the event and you dont have to think about driving home. I may even grab a room so we can all party it up a bit. :drink:

When will your ride, be officialy completely put back together? There's another small event on Aug the 18th too. ;)

I looked into prices for the Marriot ...They said $159 or for that day. Apparently their prices change constantly.....there ARE deals for groups(I'm getting a call back on that within "24 hrs") we'll see what happens

Im hoping it will be good to go when I move down, which is at the end of August. If not, then Robert @ E30 Motorwerks will be helping to finish it
