I'd start with a near empty tank, try to go for a 3:1 ratio of 91 and e85. If the car doesn't like the mix add another gallon of 91 until it runs fine. You don't need it to run perfect under wot, maybe half throttle. People have done 1:1 ratios without issues so I think you'll be okay.

As soon as I get an empty tank I'll will try that out, hopefully it works out well because I have failed one to many times.

If your engine was worn HC emissions would be high. But you have good ring and valve sealing so its not your engine. Nobody wants to spend money on an emission repair. The cat used all of the O2 gases which could indicate it maybe efficient. Have it diagnosed you may have a CTS or Maf underestimating the amount of air coming into the engine. E30's fail at about a 36% rate for there initial inspection. But they are worth repairing.

Just mixed in 3 gallons of e85 with 4 gallons of 91, running E42 now, no problems at all. Bashed it a bit to see if I could get a code and nada, lost some power though, like going back to a stock tune. Will post results tomorrow, here's a nice calculator I found:

Was your tank empty when you filled up on both fuels?

Got to the gas station right when my gas light comes on, tank up like clockwork so I know when I fill up when the light comes on. It'll take 14.5 gallons before the nozzle clicks, so I added 3 gallons of e85 and 2 more gallons of 91 on top of the 2 gallon reserve.

Gas in CA is E10 minimum, so it ends up being 42% ethanol.

Very little improvement. Kind of want to try straight e85 with 21lb injectors.

this is because you have an air leak somewhere. get the car smoke tested and then fixed.

High NO, means too lean, high NO at 15 only means air leak.
High CO means too rich, could be bad cat or sticky injectors or wrong injectors.
High HC, means you are not burning correctly and usually means timing issue, bad ignion wires, cap/rotor, or spark plugs.
High everything or everything is close to the max means you need a new cat.

follow these steps before chasing rabbit trails.
                        Much wow
                        I hate 4 doors

Thanks Eric!, I actually stumbled across something while I was removing the Intake Hose... Found a large tear underneath intake hose by the clamp. Just ordered a new one from Double02 in Hayward and should have it later on in the day. Also cleaned the MAF so we'll see if that makes a difference in idle when I put it back together
