    looking for swap

Hey guys. I am here to look for anybody or any shop to swap my M50 into my e30. Long story short, I'm 17, I sold my 540i big mistake, ended up car less and impatient and bought this lemon e30 91' 325ic. Lasted 14 days, oil leaked, had blue smoke, then rod knock came out of no where, long story short RIP m20. My dad had a friend of his who owns a workshop and "said" he could have done the swap for $700 having everything provided. My dad did not mention that the brake booster would need some modifications or get relocated, or that shift linkage would need to get modified, long story short he flaked on us right after we bought an M50.... I am only 17, still owe my parents money for this shit box e30 that's been absolutely been a hell ownership experience, and then a lot more money for the M50.. I need a life saver or someone who can complete this swap and save my ass. I have an m50b25tu off an e34 525, and all the accessories, e36 engine arms, 24v motor mounts, garagetastic g260 transmission mount, just no wiring harness adapter, or custom shifter linkage, I can get those but Im not trying to waste any more $$$. Is there any recommendations or anybody who can save me???? :rippedoff::SOS:

The swap can seem scary at first but it's been done so many times at this point and is extremely well documented. Take your time, do some reading. Let your wallet recover a little bit while you do your research and then jump into the swap.

Come up with a plan, break the swap into pieces and it will be easier to deal with in your head. Good luck!

If you're looking to pay somebody to complete it, I offer side work.

Thing is, if you're already in over your head budget-wise, I wouldn't recommend continuing with the swap. Either do it properly or don't do it. You can find a cheap used M20 and get your car back on the road with no custom parts needed.
