Last I saw this up someone mentioned none of these locations were "official", are these now "official" meet-ups? Would love to meet up over at the Staples Center area.

PS: Does anyone know if you are doing the Battle Of The Bimmers if you have to arrive early? I know the gates open up at 10 am.

The first "not official" post was testing the waters. This one is the "official" one; a couple locations were added/subtracted/modified. What you see above is what everyone should follow. Per your second inquiry, you are more likely to find that information in the actual Bimmerfest website, not so much the r3v forums.


And thanks for sharing the photo! Help out the other forums/other BMW owners in finding a place to meet.

Each location will culture a unique set of people, many of whom I'm never met, so I don't suppose it may "go to plan" and I can't assume everyone's behavior will be classy. So just be mindful of the adventure you engage in, and have fun!

Yeah no worries its a good official plan I think locations are spot on for many people too.
Hopefully theres a good turn out in Long Beach
I havent rolled in a good caravan since 2013 lol

I left out the whole center area... Downey to Yorba Linda... Orange to La Habra... frankly because I don't know of anything out there. Haven't heard anyone complain about being left out so I guess it'll work itself out.

I know some people around there and im not too far from the downey area but I think the other locations are not too far so the drive to those places isnt going out of the way too much. All in the name of a decent size caravan for more fun lol

I hope they sorted out the entrance into the venue. Last year it was a nightmare, I'm assuming it's going to be pretty lame again. That's why a lot of people didn't show up early because all they did was wait in line for over an hour.

Im going Saturday, cant make it to Sunday

I'm going to say only Saturday, but that doesn't stop anyone from also meeting at these spots on Sunday. Just don't expect as many people, or "leaders" of the groups.

No, but I had someone tell me he's meeting at 6, outside Starbucks at 540 Las Posas Rd, Camarillo, CA 93010, leaving at 6:30.
