Bay Area Paint Correction: Come get your car polished

    What's up r3v,

So now that I have a bunch of free time since finals are over and classes are done I wanted to start detailing cars on the side since I enjoy detailing mine so much. This all started mid last year when I was looking to getting some clear coat scratches taken off my car. Well after calling around multiple freelance detailers and even shops I was taken back by the $300++ they were looking to charge for something I could've easily done myself. So, I purchased this orbital TORQ 10FX along with quality chemical guys products and have been polishing my car every few washes since and the results have been amazing, leaving it with a mirror finish every time.

I've done a couple buddies cars as well but haven't documented it since I didn't plan on doing this on the side. Well, times change.

So, I'd like to start offering my services to r3v members who want to correct their paint and have their e30 nice and shiny again first. Location is in San Jose but would be willing to travel to you within the Bay Area, within reason.

    The Breakdown:
A full wash, clay bar, Polish and detail for only $110, or you can bring your awesome e30 already washed for $100. Turn around time is 1.5-3 hours depending on how much work it will need but you will get it back same day of drop off. So come on down guys, show season is here! Feel free to leave me a pm to schedule something, thanks for reading!

EDIT: Adding an informative video that has the steps taken when detailing and the types of defects that polishing can correct for those who are unaware.

$110. Wow. I spend $10 at the DIY car wash and that just for a basic wash. Good on you.

Only when visiting family, but I can give you a ring if I'm ever down there

Yeah, I used to be just a wash kind of guy but scratches and swirls accumulate over time. That's essentially the benefit of these polishers, brings the underlying coat of paint to the front for a nice, new shine!

Not any that are too close up, but this is as close as I got with the fresh detail it got just last week. Nice fresh paint. Will be taking before and after pictures of troubled areas from the detail I'll be doing today :)

Went and got the M3 done by Alonzo today, holy hell. You're gonna be busy man! Wash+detail took about 2 hours or so, maybe 2.5 but the time flew drooling over his E30 which is immaculate inside and out! Here's some pics!
